El gobernador de la provincia de Buenos Aires, Axel Kicillof, encabezó este viernes el acto de entrega de 28 viviendas para familias de Tordillo y suscribió un convenio para la construcción de otras 56 soluciones habitacionales en el distrito. Fue junto a la vicegobernadora Verónica Magario; el ministro de Desarrollo Territorial y Hábitat de la Nación, Santiago Maggiotti; su par bonaerense de Hábitat y Desarrollo Urbano, Agustín Simone; el intendente local, Alfredo Farías; y el presidente del Autoridad del Agua (ADA), Héctor Olivera.
En ese marco, Kicillof señaló que “después de un periodo de cuatro años en el que no se habían construido viviendas en el municipio, nos pusimos a trabajar para cumplir los derechos de los vecinos y las vecinas de Tordillo”.
El proyecto había sido presentado durante la gestión anterior pero no fue ejecutado, por lo que las obras recién comenzaron en julio de 2021. “Aquí no hubo un problema de recursos sino de prioridades: a pesar del endeudamiento, no se utilizó el dinero para hacer viviendas sino para promover la fuga y la especulación”, sostuvo el Gobernador y agregó: “Hemos dejado atrás el ajuste para seguir avanzando y cumpliendo derechos: con un Estado presente, vamos a terminar con el déficit habitacional en el distrito”.
El desarrollo de las 28 viviendas fue llevado a cabo bajo la modalidad Solidaridad con Municipios y contó con una inversión de $139 millones, en tanto que en la manzana lindante hay en ejecución 56 soluciones habitacionales más. “Estamos orgullosos del trabajo que se ha hecho en tiempo récord para construir estas casas que cuentan con la calidad que se merecen todos los y las bonaerenses”, expresó Simone.
A estas obras, se le suma un proyecto que se lleva adelante en conjunto con Nación para la construcción de otras 30 viviendas, en tanto que, durante la jornada, se firmó un acta acuerdo para la puesta en marcha de otras 56.
“En la Argentina no siempre se construyen viviendas, depende del lugar y la preponderancia que cada Gobierno le da a invertir los recursos para solucionar los problemas y mejorar la vida a la gente”, resaltó Maggiotti y añadió: “Nosotros creemos en un Estado presente que todos los días trabaja para que los argentinos y las argentinas puedan cumplir sus sueños”.
Asimismo, Olivera destacó que “dejamos atrás el único período en que no se construyeron viviendas en Tordillo, que fue entre el 2015 y 2019. Hoy estas casas son una realidad para 28 familias y dentro de poco vamos a alcanzar el déficit habitacional cero”. Por su parte, Farías resaltó que “nunca en la historia de nuestro municipios se había recibido tantos recursos como los que aporta este Gobierno Provincial para hacer viviendas, asfalto, iluminación y cloacas”.
Estuvieron presentes el jefe de Asesores del Gobernador, Carlos Bianco; la ministra de Gobierno, Cristina Álvarez Rodríguez; su par de Desarrollo Agrario, Javier Rodríguez; la subsecretaria de Promoción Sociocultural, Lorena Riesgo; el intendente de General Guido, Carlos Rocha; y la diputada nacional Marcela Passo.
